It would be more accurate if the link to 'Cancel Subscription' was changed to 'Cancel Renewal' if the
subscription setting for "Remove the Role when a User Cancels his/her Subscription" was not checked and the subscription product is a renewing one.

I think this would reflect what is really happening and would be clearer to users.
