Could you set it so that downloadble files with a price of zero don't pass through paypal? It would be nice to use this system to manage downloads.

That is a good idea, I'll add that in to version 1.1. Instead of showing a Buy Now button, it could show something else, like 'Add Download', or something. Any ideas there?
