I was wondering if there was a way to add a Free Trial Option.... Where there content gets published but expires and at that time they are required to pay to republish the content.

Any update on this issue ("Pay to republish the content")?
The module changed so that now it supports Recurring payments. With Recurring Payments, you can have a Free Trial as a part of it. You can also use Free plans.

Currently, that isn't possible, but I am adding it to my feature requests list because I like it. Keep your eye out for this one in future releases.
