It seems to be a very useful module. But I would need a feature that user can not only choose a plan, but also create his own plan with price and number of days for his content. Can I add it somehow for myself, or maybe it can be added in future releases?

Well, users can be given permission to create plans, but it is only recommended for admin users for obvious reasons. I don't think this is something that I will be adding, as it seems to be a special-case use for a specific site setup.
