I have a client with the requirement of notifying members of upcoming annual renewals 90, 60 and 30 days in advance (and ideally a few days out too).

As it stands, MS Membership Suite provides only one renewal notice.

I'm requesting the ability to have multiple renewal notices each with different send day selection pull-downs to be able to meet this requirement.

+1 for multiple reminders.

+1 for multiple reminders. Ideally, site admin could set the number of reminders in settings, including flexible sending intervals to each, and content to each mail with token support.

For example:

* one reminder some weeks before the role expires
* an other reminder a week before
* one on the "last day"
* one when the role has actually expired ("Dear member, your role is now expired. However, you still have an opportunity to renew...")

This will be possible in

This will be possible in Membership Suite 6.9 with the new Rules integration. You can create a rule that will schedule an email to be sent X days before the membership expires. You can set up as many of these types of rules as you want. I've tested it and I will make a tutorial showing how to do it.

Thank you for this option and

Thank you for this option and video. For us that are not that tech savoy it would be really nice to have this already programed in the admin email area. So all that we have to do is select when they go out. I think that a max of two pre emails would be more then enough for each membership plan that is set up.

Travel, The problem with

Travel,
The problem with adding two is that some people need three, and some more, while some need one or zero. This is why Rules is so handy, because it allows people to customize the workflow to any special cases they may require for their site. I can't possibly provide every option anyone might need out of the box, so that was why I spent all the time on the Rules integration.

Sorry, but this is something that I am considering fixed, now that it is possible through Rules.

Sincerely,
Leighton Whiting
