SMS is very common payment method here in Europe. There is some Drupal activity around SMS as well.
A strong +1 for SMS support to Money Scripts!

It looks great, they have worldwide coverage. If you can integrate it to your module it would be fantastic.

Boku has (Dec. 2010) a minumum monthly fee of $1000 ...Setcom seems to have several interesting possibilities (a Drupal module for Setcom available?)
A SMS payment possibility to Money Scripts could really make it Rock'n Roll!
Any time you're working with Pay by Phone, there are going to be very high fees, from what I've seen. I didn't find any API documentation from those links you posted, can you post anything else you find here?

Yes, fees are high, but very often products are high margin immaterial stuff - and conversion is extremely high comparing to Credit Card or PayPal etc.. it's just so easy for the client!
I too Did not found API documentation, maybe using contact form is needed? ...anyhow, there's a compare list of Setcom -products. Boku Publisher FAQ is also leading to their contact form.

How about an alternative approach...
Why not sell "Site Credits" (userpoints) to users, then use credits as currency on the site... then use SMS just to move "credits" between users & site.
By using this method, we're not wasting our profits to huge fees... we can run the shop by using only small SMS -fees from Clickatell (or other global SMS -provider)
What do you guys think?
I'd love to see Fortumo supported by Money Scripts.
Seems to be ideal for immaterial use cases, for example. Support, documentation and API seems to be available?
