At present, there is a plan description text area. This is public, and thus cannot be used for documentation purposes.
It will be very helpful for each plan to also have a private notes/documentation text area, to enable us to document the purpose and use of each plan.
I agree that a Notes textarea would be useful. I'll see if I can get this into the next release after the holidays.
