Hi,

It should be possible to create/delete i18n translation of a P2P node.

Creation use case:
- Bob has a published P2P node and click on "Add translation".
- No translation exists yet so he creates a new translation.
- The original node is already published, so that new node will be automatically published without payment for it with the same end of publication date.

Adding days:
When a P2P node publishing date is extended, all translated nodes should be extended.

Dashboard:
In the user dashboard, only one of the P2P node version is shown, not all translation nodes

There are probably other cases or considerations to keep in mind. So I invite other users to add to the requirements as they see fit.
