I thought I remembered a way to send out email broadcasts, but I can't seem to find a way based on membership level. Am I missing something?

No, I'm not going to build support for that when there is already an awesome module out there that does it very well: http://drupal.org/project/mass_contact . I'd rather concentrate on getting Membership Suite more and more features and usability :)
