I'd very much like to know the plans & relations and possible overlapping between the promising new ms_credits -module and Userpoints -module (including some of its powerful contributed modules)
Userpoints itself seems to work ok and is mature, but there are a lot of brilliant ideas in its contributed submodules, that are more or less nearing abandoned -status without any updates & development - even they are Great Modules! ...and that's sad... I'd very much like to see Moneyscripts step in to create a successfull family of MS Credits -modules without losing the potential power of the Userpoints -modules already available.

Maybe focusing the development to Drupal 7 -version and deep integration with Rules -module could be the way to give MS Credits -modules even more possibilities?

I'm still confused. For example, what is the difference of these two ways of purchase credits / points packages:
1.) "Buy Points" (menu item: ms_userpoints/purchase)
2.) "Purchase Credits" (menu item: ms_credits/purchase_package)

(what I'd like to see, is a set of features, that one can both purchase credits and earn credits from different events... and use the credits as a part (or whole) payment - just like the original user points -module works, but additionally working together with Money Scripts -modules)
Maybe this allready is possible? ...but I did not get it right?
