The long awaited 4.13 is finally here! Sorry it took me so long to get it properly beta tested, I was out of town most of last week getting my wife's Green Card interview taken care. Happy to say that it all went well! Anyways, on to the details:

• New Feature: Closer integration with Paypal Affiliates, ability to set commission on a per-subscription-plan basis (requires Paypal Affiliates 1.6 and higher)

Some troublesome bugs were fixed and some new features were added, so this is a pretty solid release. One neat new feature is the ability to set Affiliate Commission Levels for each Subscription Plan in the settings. It will show the option automatically if Paypal Affiliates is installed (it's just above the Email Settings). You will need to run drupal's update.php script so that this can make changes to the database when you upgrade.

Support for refunds has been requested and it is in the works. I have it working now but it still needs some more beta testing, so it will have to wait until version 4.14, which will hopefully be coming out this weekend. Please keep the feature requests coming, and thanks for the continued bug report.
