This is a bug. The License Keys (most likely) entered correctly, but the license is cached so that there won't be any performance loss on your sites. When you run cron, this cache is cleared and the License is checked (along with checking for updates). So each time you run cron this is done. If you run cron, it should mark the licenses as valid.

The bug is that this cache should also be cleared whenever you change the license keys. I am putting this in the next releases. Until then, running cron should fix the problem. You can run cron manually by going to http://www.yoursite.com/cron.php
