Something happened and users are no long able to publish content where pay-to-publish is enabled. Either saving the newly created content, or using the "Publish" link from the "My Content" tab on user's account page has no effect.
When I check the log, below is what I see associated with this action, followed by how the node shows up on the user's account page.

Here is your Content:

Incidentally, also, the Title link only goes to the home page of the site; it does not link to the actual node. And notice also that the content is listed as Expired, although it has not yet even been published.
My Pay-to-Publish settings are $5.00 for a 365 day listing. Under the content type, the Pay-to-Publish options is checked and the workflow setting "Published" is not checked.
I've tested this with multiple test-user accounts, and the result is same. One thing perhaps worth mentioning is that I briefly had installed and enabled the Roles and Workflow modules, trying to get it so that certain user roles would be unpublished by default (hence having to pay) while others would be able to publish for free. I thought this might be conflicting with your module, but after disabling those modules, I'm still getting the same error.
Thanks for your help.

This workflow issue has been remedied by the new update that will be released tonight.
Sincerely,
Leighton Whiting
