 Hi Leighton,

I've been trying to test the File Downloads suite, but I am having problems with the link to the file that gets generated and sent. When clicking on the link, I get a 403 error when the user is not already logged-in to the site.

Can you help diagnose this issue for me?

Thanks

Jaybee,
I took a look at the site, and I found what the error was. You need to set the permission 'download moneyscripts file downloads' to anonymous if you want users who are not logged in to be able to download the files, otherwise they won't have access. Changing it fixed the problem.

Another catch is that once the file has been downloaded, the link is set to change, so you cannot use the same link twice. So the link in the email will only work once. You can turn this feature off in the settings, so that the link won't change.

Sincerely,
