Hi Leighton,

This is indeed interesting and it's very obvious how this is of use if you have a membership area with standard content in it.

My question is, can this be used when you have content that is unique to each member? For example think of a website analytics package where a member can log in, see his own statistics (pulled from some database) but not see anyone elses.

Could your system be used in something like this?

Gazmac, Membership Suite was

Gazmac,
Membership Suite was designed to provide a way to sell roles to your users according to the Membership Plans you set up. What you then do with those roles is entirely up to you, and Drupal has an unlimited amount of potential here. Creating a 'Members Only' area or Content-Type for your site is only an example. You could build a solution with Drupal to give members with certain roles the ability to see their statistics, or anything else. You would simply have to check if the user has the role in your code for your Analytics package.

Sincerely,
Leighton Whiting
