Hi,

I'm setting up my site using Membership Suite 6.x-6.0 to collect payments and assign a role to the user.

I'm attempting to subscribe a user, but this is unsuccessful and the following log error is produced:

ERROR: There was an Error saving an order. Here are the details:

stdClass Object
(
[recurring_schedule] =>
)

There then follows a sequence of further informational looking log messages relating to the IPN (I'm using PayPal sandbox).

I was apparently able to subscribe the user manually using admin/user/ms_memberships/add.

Looking forward to your help and plese let me know any further information you may need.

It would be helpful to know which logs come directly before and after this one, since this error only occurs when a modules tries to save a blank order, which in theory shouldn't be happening...

Hi Leighton,

I have uninstalled 6.x-1.0 and installed 6.x-1.1 and everything seems to be working nicely. It's not clear whether this was an issue with 6.x-1.0 or something in my particular environment, but it is working correctly now.

For the record, and in case this is of any use to you, I've attached a screen grab of the log - note that the log messages at 12:38 relate to manual addition of the subscription. I don't have any more detail of these log messages unfortunately.

Thanks for getting back to me so swiftly. This as fantastic in building confidence in your modules.
