Hello,

Below are requirements for our project. There are three content types.

1)download software

2)whitepaper

3)training document

We have to upload different files of different prices in all the documents. Our client wants that anonymous user can not see that file. But first have to pay the money through paypal by clicking on the Buy Now button, after paying the money in the paypal, they can see the download link to that file.

To implement this functionality,we have purchased your File Downloads Suite module. But using this module, first we have to create file plan and when we upload the file through create content,we have to select that plan.Problem is that we have a different price for all the files in the download software. This is also same for whitepaper and training document. So how many times we have to create plan for different prices? And how many times we have to attach it to the uploaded file?

We want that when we create a content and upload a file,at that time we want to give price to that uploaded file.

So please advise us what we have to do now.We have already purchased this module from you.

Waiting for your reply.

Thanks & Regards,

Purvi, File Downloads Suite

Purvi,
File Downloads Suite was meant to replace CCK's (insecure) filefield functionality. You will need to create a 'File Download Plan' for each file you want to sell. This way you can set the price and download terms for each file (how many times it may be downloaded once purchased, from how many addresses, and for how long). You can then attach these protected files to nodes using the included CCK plugin, or you can use the Views integration to make pages which show a listing of the files.

Hopefully that helps point you in the right direction. If you still have questions, please let me know.

Sincerely,
Leighton Whiting

Purvi, On all the sites I

Purvi,
On all the sites I have it running on, I use the MS Shopping Cart block, so if a user needs to go back, they can just click on the Cart in the sidebar. But I can see how having a 'Continue Shopping' link would be useful. I'll add this into the next version.

Sincerely,
Leighton Whiting
