Leigh:

We have yearly memberships in the MS suite system but we made a mistake and took too much money from one guy. His start date is June 16, 2010, and the owners of the site want to make his date to pay through paypal as Sept 1, 2011. Is there any way to do that?

Connie, There isn't any way

Connie,
There isn't any way to change the date on which PayPal will charge the user, it is a limitation of the Website Payment Standard API. I suggest refunding the user a prorated amount that would be owed.
