Hi
Is there any way to have different profile fields on different registration/checkout pages?
One of our membership levels requires a qualification field to be entered, whereas other membership levels don't.
I could probably come up with a messy solution using content profile but i'd rather not have it interfering with MS.
Just wondered what you think the best way to go about it would be?

I suggest taking a look at the User Types module (http://drupal.org/project/user_types) . You can set a special url for the membership plan that will be the same for the user type that will have special fields.
