Sent both an email and support ticket for this and no reply yet so trying here as well.
Since 6.10 my orders are showing as just pending and don't complete, no user account is created and therefore no access rights are given either.
What can I look for to solve this? I am taking payments via Paypal.

The problem was you had MS PayPal API installed. This was from the old versions of the modules (before MS Core). MS PayPal API is depreciated and is not compatible with the new modules. It has been replaced by MS PayPal WPS and MS Core.
I disabled the module, then tested with sandbox and live, and they both work now.

Thanks for the quick fix.
Apologies on the delay, I've been traveling a lot the past couple of weeks. Can you send me the admin username/password to support@moneyscripts.net so that I can take a look at the settings and test it myself? That will probably be the fastest way to get to the bottom of this.
