I have a website that is a collection of microsites that I would like to sell subscriptions for. For example if the top url is mainsite.com then the microsites would be mainsite.com/microsite-1 , mainsite.com/microsite-2 , etc.
The Moneyscripts module works perfectly except for one detail, when a user creates their account they see the list of all subscriptions(microsites) available. The problem for me is the list will hopefully be very long and they will be of competing businesses.
Any suggestions on how to create something like mainsite.com/microsite-1/register that would list only the one subscription plan?

Not sure what modules are using, but have you tried out the Special Registration URL setting in the Membership Plan's 'Advanced Settings' section? This should allow you to specify a special registration url where only the selected plan will show, perhaps something like what you need.
