is there a way to add more than three e-mail addresses to the "tell a friend" tab of the affiliate program?

Ideally, a user should be abled to "add one e-mail" indefinitely, starting with 3 visible fields and the ability to add as many as needed.

Maybe this feature exists already but i have missed it?
