fatal error occurs when creating download plan

Recoverable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to file_copy() must be an instance of stdClass, string given, called in /home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/sites/all/modules/ms_files/ms_files.module on line 2123 and defined in file_copy() (line 756 of /home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx/drupal-7.7/includes/file.inc)
Note: as a result I am unable to create my 1st download plan

Thanks for letting me know. This seems to be a problem when using existing files, rather than uploading new ones. I believe I have fixed this now. If you would like to test out the fix, send me an email at support@moneyscripts.net and I can send you the new file.
