Hi,

We are using Paypal WPP and after a user has signed up and pressed Pay now, they get an email confirmation, PayPal takes the money but they are not redirected to the Thank you page we have specified.

They remain on the same Billing Information screen.

Thank you page = thank-member

if we switch to Paypal standard it works and users are taken page to the correct thank you page after paying on the pay pal site.

The user creation error

The user creation error problem could be a big one. Is that warning also happening when using PayPal WPS?

Also, what page is the user redirected to if not the one you want?

WPP

Hi Leighton,

It is only happening with WPP. When a user pays with WPS they are taken off to the PayPal site and once the payment has been completed they are taken back to our site and signed into the member area.

We are really struggling with this and not sure where to go from here could you possibly take a look or can I provide you with any more information to help solve the issue?

tazdaman,

Can you send me an email at support@moneyscripts.net? I made a few fixes to the Direct Payment Gateway over the past week or so, and I want to see if those make any difference.

Sincerely,
