I would redirect my customers to the Paypal express checkout on Mobile Devices.

But paypal show me a "classic" screen so I have to enlarge the screen.
Maybe I should change the "checkout-url"...
I think I may need to add an option to set the cmd value to _express-checkout-mobile. Can you test the attached file and see if it shows the mobile checkout screen?

From what I read there, PayPal should automatically detect if the device is a mobile and show the appropriate screen. Have you tested that?
