Where do you setup the Affiliate TOS / Affiliate Agreement ?

I have the Affiliate 6.x-3.18

In the main settings page

In the main settings page Admin->MoneyScripts->Affiliates Suite there is a textarea for the 'Signup Page Text'. That's the one.
