I receive an error message when adding my first file download plan.

I'd like to use MS File Downloads, but I have not been able to add my first file. I did not find any setup instruction (yep, sometimes I can be pretty blind) so I just tried to install it the standard way.

I've uploaded the latest version of all MS modules, enabled the modules and set permissions.

Is there anything else I need to do? Add folders or anything?

I navigated to the filemanager, clicked on Add file download plan ( /admin/build/ms_files/add).

The error message I see then is:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function form_state_defaults() in /home/xxx/public_html/xxx/sites/all/modules/ms_core/ms_core.module on line 4262

The versions of the affected modules are:

MS Core 6.x-1.24
File Downloads Suite 6.x-2.14

Can you help?
