I keep running into the following issue:

I hand out a coupon that gives the user 100% discount (basically a free file download) for product X (ms_files-1). The coupon is restricted to this by the Product Restriction setting of the coupon.

But when a user applies the coupon to his cart, then the discount is applied to the whole cart and he checks out without paying anything ever.
