I use drupal files and commerce to sell tokens to upload files by type in different folders. You can do the same with your module?
the idea is to sell different types of media files, video, audio, image and that each is organized by folders and users or sellers using tokens.
File Downloads Suite is set up so the admin can upload files (which go into a special protected folder) that can then be sold to users and downloaded securely without exposing the download link. I don't think you're workflow is really something that File Download Suite is meant to cover.

No, File Downloads Suite uses it's own system for uploading and handling the files. They are still stored using the Drupal Files API though.

File Downloads Suite is for selling access to download files, not upload files. I'm not familiar with your business model. Can you explain a bit more?
